JOB TITLE: COMMERCIAL GLAZING ESTIMATOR

STATUS: PERMANENT

START DATE: IMMEDIATE

PREFERRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a degree/HND or equivalent in an Architectural/CAD/Surveying/Construction related subject.
• Needs to be fully proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Must have an excellent work ethic, be highly self-motivated, efficient and have good negotiation skills.
• Must be competent with figures, construction plans and capable of dealing with phone calls daily.
• Have previous estimating experience in Construction/Manufacturing Industry.

SALARY:

Negotiable with experience. Good salary for the right candidate.

General Summary:

You will be joining a highly reputable leading Architectural Glazing Manufacturer of Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors. We install Architectural Glazing Facades and currently have a number of large commercial projects across Ireland. Our head office in Benburb Co Tyrone is our job vacancy, located between Dungannon and Armagh.

We have a highly motivated team comprising Contracts Managers, Draughtsmen and Estimators. Your new role will receive tender inquiries and provide detailed and comprehensive quotations. It will also involve liaising with other Construction Personnel in relation to enquiries, designs, details and clarifications etc., in the form of phone calls and emails.
