PREFERRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a degree/HND or equivalent, in an Architectural/Construction/Surveying/CAD related subject.
• Needs to be fully proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Must have excellent work ethic, highly self-motivated, efficient and have good negotiation skills.
• Must be competent with figures, construction plans, and capability of dealing with phone calls on a day to day basis.
• Some experience in software package Logical would be beneficial - but not essential.

SALARY: Negotiable with experience. Good salary for the right candidate.

You will be joining a highly reputable leading Architectural Glazing Manufacturer of Curtain Walling, Windows and Doors. We install Architectural Glazing Facades and currently have a number of large commercial projects across Ireland and the UK. Our job vacancy is at our head office in Benburb Co Tyrone.

We have a highly motivated team comprising of Contracts Managers, Draughtsman and Estimators. Your new role will comprise of receiving tender enquiries and providing detailed and comprehensive quotations. It will also involve liaising with Architects, Quantity Surveyors and other Construction Personnel in relation to enquiries, designs, details and clarifications etc. in the form of phone calls, emails and on occasion formal meetings.
